Michael K. Smith

Michael Smith has been practicing law and advocating for his clients for 20 years. After graduating law school, he clerked for two State Supreme Court Justices, on the Kentucky Supreme Court - gaining valuable training and understanding of the judicial decision process. Because of his past experience working with insurance companies, Michael understands what issues and arguments are necessary to focus on when dealing with insurance companies to win the maximum amount for his clients. Many of Michael Smith's current clients are people who were referred by past clients or lawyers impressed with his legal skills and results.  He tries to ensure his clients are treated fairly and that they are not taken advantage of by the other party. He handles cases in Courts throughout Middle Tennessee.
